The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), or wrong delivery will be taken into consideration. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at zenoilsindia@gmail.com on the day of delivery.
Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products. Replacements are offered purely on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Any issues must be brought to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s).
No refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through the website. In case of approved replacements, the new product will be shipped at no additional cost.
